About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operations Processor in Real Estate Valuations fulfilling appraisal valuations. This position is the first step in a rewarding career in financial services. In this role, you will: Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal customers Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Additional responsibilities may include: Directly responsible for fulfilling appraisal valuations by effective communications to the REVS Appraiser Panel in order to meet partner expectations Interact with internal customers via email, systematic messaging, and phone Proactively engage newly assigned Appraisal Management Companies and appraisers joining the REVS Appraiser Panel Participate in occasional appraisal system testing and provide recommendations on how to improve functionality Required Qualifications: 4 years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Prior experience/familiarity with Collateral Management System (CMS) and REVS Prior experience with the following systems: CORE, ICMP, Evelyn, OPUS, Appraisal Loader Research and/or audit experience Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Collections or default experience and/or residential mortgage experience Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Basic Microsoft Office skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Collections or default experience Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Knowledge and understanding of operations process analysis Solid decision making skills Posting End Date: 21 Mar 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
