About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Audit Manager on the Enterprise Functions (EF) Audit Team who will manage a team of audit staff focused on Enterprise Finance, including Corporate Finance and Business Finance. The candidate we seek will possess strong critical thinking skills to independently evaluate risk & controls and partner effectively with audit leadership to ensure high quality coverage. In this role, you will: Lead complex and unique audit projects requiring in depth evaluation across multiple areas of the enterprise, delivering long term solutions Manage defined audits within one or more segments of the Audit Plan Ensure audit engagements are risk based, and executed according to industry standards and Wells Fargo Internal Audit policies and guidance Assist in planning and organizing work in an annual cycle and project cycle Supervise and oversee multiple assigned audit projects Provide timely feedback, coaching, and monitoring of audit work and staff Develop and maintain effective business relationships within Internal Audit and other stakeholders across Wells Fargo Required Qualifications, US: 7 years of Audit or Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience auditing general ledger data used in financial analysis Experience auditing ad hoc management reporting capabilities Experience auditing front line risk programs in a Finance organization Experience auditing finance processes, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), profit and loss analysis, and COSO controls at a financial institution or accounting firm A BS/BA degree or higher Solid knowledge and understanding of audit or risk methodologies and supporting tools Strong understanding of regulatory environment Certification in one or more of the following: CPA, CAMS, CRCM, CIA, CISA or Commissioned Bank Examiner designation Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Prior experience in risk transformation and/or enterprise risk management Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 10% This position does not offer Sponsorship Posting End Date: 5 Mar 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
