About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Liquidity Risk – Senior Manager In this role, you will: This individual will report to the Head of Liquidity Risk Management and lead a team responsible for modernizing key areas across the Liquidity organization. This will include developing and enhancing the Company’s internal liquidity stress testing (in partnership with the model owners, forecasting team, and production team) and then moving on to other areas across the group. This role requires understanding of all components of the Company’s on- and off-balance sheet exposures. This team will work as the central coordination point between the production/reporting team, the product model owners, the second and third lines of defense, Technology, and other key partners. This team will: Enhance a strategic view of liquidity risk management at Wells Fargo to identify and remediate existing limitations and anticipate future requirements in order to proactively enhance capabilities Evaluate assumptions and methodologies across all related processes to ensure rigorous and consistent development of assumptions, and lead ongoing assessments to ensure the assumptions remain up to date and appropriate in changing conditions Considering the interaction between stress testing and the Recovery and Resolution frameworks Recruit and develop staff to support ongoing enhancements of liquidity risk management processes Work across the organization to reduce manual / inefficient processes by partnering with Technology to lead automation efforts Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including leaders Required Qualifications, US: 8 years of Treasury experience, or equivalent 4 years of management experience Desired Qualifications: Extensive Liquidity Risk Management experience A leader who operates with a collaborative management style who is execution focused and results oriented Demonstrated ability to lead and influence change, develop innovative solutions, build effective partnerships and manage cross-functional projects across the enterprise Understanding of modern technologies such as Python, business intelligence, and the ability to make recommendations to improve processes by using these technologies Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to coherently present complex topics NY Salary Range ($144,400-$300,000) Pay Range $144,400.00 - $300,000.00 Benefits Wells Fargo provides all eligible full- and part-time employees with a comprehensive set of benefits designed to protect their physical and financial health and to help them make the most of their financial future.
