Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives. Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives. Support and maintain the historical IRT WySTAR application. Lead a team of Engineers, taking responsibility for the quality and timeliness of their deliverables. Drive projects and teams, taking responsibility for the quality and timeliness of deliverables and serve as a peer mentor. Implement standards and best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions using engineering disciplines.
