About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to implement the Data At Rest Encryption (DARE) initiative. This group will develop and implement a sustainable framework that contains the processes and controls that scans and identifies structured data. This will allow DARE to be enabled for restricted and confidential data. This individual must have a proven track record pioneering multiple breakthroughs and must have experience building novel solutions that utilize emerging technologies with keen leadership qualities. In this role, you will: Leading data analysis and engineering and an advisor to project leadership to develop or influence applications data requirement and strategy Lead complex initiatives with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale software planning and platform integration Design requirement and deduce application logic based on data discoveries across disparate systems Function as Data Product owner for DARE Initiative.
