About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to be a part of Commercial Banking Operations on the Operational Excellence team aligned to broader CBO initiatives spanning across all functional teams on efforts. In this role, you will: Support Lending Transformation and related applications such as - nCino, GSS and LIQ Create Target Operating Models Work on projects such as Process and People Functionalization and Move the Lines Activities, Physical Mail Digitization and Centralization, and Automation on Manual Controls Support the strategy and resolution of transformation initiatives and unique challenges related to process improvement and efficiency opportunities that require strong analytical skills, knowledge of business execution, and ability to deliver solutions Drive the implementation of innovative and significant business solutions Create recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business Support cross functional team using business expertise and provide guidance to diverse partner groups within a line of business. Collaborate and consult with peers and leadership. Required Qualifications: 2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: 2 years of Wholesale Lending Operations/Commercial Banking Operations or equivalent lending operations experience In-depth understanding of the banking and financial services industry, including regulatory compliance and best practices Strategic Mindset: The ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the bank’s goals and objectives Data Analysis – Proficiency in data analysis to make informed decisions and monitor impact of strategies on key performance indicators Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile methodology with ability to elicit requirements, user stories, document processes and create test cases. Proven ability to meet expectations in a fast-paced non-consistent environment with multiple accountabilities happening simultaneously. Proven background demonstrating the ability to implement solutions that deliver results to be measured and quantified Ability to elicit and document business requirements to depict user needs Ability to identify and define efficiency opportunities within lending operations to standardize processes and mitigate high risk practices Execution/implementation skills to deliver solutions that benefit operations Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely with internal customers, peers and leadership Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create visuals including charts and graphics, to enhance the storytelling to make it more digestible Posting End Date: 30 Apr 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
