About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate in Customer Service as part of Cards & Merchant Services (CMS). In this role, you will: Participate in developing a strategy for a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of business strategy/operations, best practices, and initiatives Support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations Research complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners Develop relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners Required Qualifications: 6 months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Knowledge and understanding of consumer card products, systems, policies, and procedures; within a call center environment Strong collaboration and partnering skills Superior business reasoning skills that can be used to understand the multiple competing priorities to deliver solutions that reduce risk and improve customer experience Experience identifying risk, evaluate the impact and developing strategy to mitigate risk Experience in project management and implementation Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy (PS) Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Effective in communication across a variety of audiences and presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates and enhances understanding at all levels – in what medium Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills (PS) Exposure to Agile methodology Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement strategy Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Job Expectations: This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship This position offers a hybrid work schedule Job Locations: 1525 W WT Harris Blvd Charlotte, NC 4101 Wiseman Blvd, San Antonio, TX 800 S Jordan Creek Parkway, West Des Moines, IA 2150 W.
