• Validating & entering invoice data into our management software with a focus on accuracy.
• Audit received & scanned invoices for errors, correcting any inconsistencies.
• Communicating any discrepancies with the appropriate internal departments to correct.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure open communication.

• Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Working behind a computer for an extended period of time
• Computer savvy
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks
• Attention to detail / Quick learner / Positive can do attitude

• $17 - $20 hourly
