Offutt Collision Repair is hiring.
Are you someone with an enthusiastic personality who loves to help people? Do you have at least 2 years of estimating experience? Then we want you to apply!

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Review damaged vehicles with customers and insurance adjusters.
- Offer additional services and repairs to customers.
- Write accurate, profitable damage reports.
- Take required photos for insurance submission and electronic filing.
- Negotiate initial and supplemental repairs with insurance company representatives.
- Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, insurance adjusters and rental companies on the status of vehicle repairs.
- Dispatch and maintain an organized workload.
- Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once.
- Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can-do attitude.
- Pull manufacturers repair procedures for proper repairs.
Experience with CCC estimating system, I-Car training, and Knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements would be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
