Summary

Assist Maintenance Department with different duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor. Looking for an individual with assorted maintenance experience from electrical to plumbing. Previous and recent experience performing preventative maintenance, testing electrical components, and troubleshooting are necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and physical structure as needed.
• Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
• Assist as necessary with special projects and renovations.
• Ensure that maintenance requests are handled in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with power tools
• Electrical experience
• Plumbing experience

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and sit. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Starting Wage: $18.00 - $22.00 ** Determined by experience level **

Monday- Thursday: 7:30 am- 5:00 pm

Friday: 7:30 am - 11:30 am
