We are looking for someone to assist the maintenance supervisor with routine maintenance of our CNC machines.

Summary

Assist Maintenance Department with different duties as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor. Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment
• Filling lube oil and changing filters
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools
• Cleaning Sludge from coolant tanks and changing out argon tanks
• Assist with janitorial duties when necessary

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk;
use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and sit. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

1st shift

Monday-Thursday: 7:30am - 5pm

Friday: 7:30am - 11:30am
