• Design, Cost, and Quote Custom Engineering Solutions:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements for drying equipment.
• Create customized solutions, including:
• Energy Recovery Retrofits
• Equipment Expansions
• Retrofits and Repairs
• And other tailored engineering solutions.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and create proposal for solutions.
• Technical Resource:
• Act as a technical expert for both our internal teams and external customers.
• Provide in-depth knowledge about our equipment during customer interactions.
• Assist sales representatives in explaining technical features and benefits to potential clients.
• Research and clarify machine requirements of legacy drying equipment.
• Support Technical Trainings:
• Conduct training sessions for sales teams, ensuring they have a solid understanding of our offerings.
• Train customers on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our drying equipment.
• International and Domestic Travel:
• Be prepared for regular domestic and international travel to customer sites (approximately 25-30% of the time).
• Collaborate with global clients, understand their needs firsthand, and build strong relationships.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Chemical, Agricultural, or Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of engineering principles, especially related to drying processes, namely principles related to heat and mass transfer.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to translate technical jargon into understandable terms for both sales teams and customers. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals across various cultures and skill levels
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions. Adaptability to address unexpected challenges during international travel.
• Research Skills: Be able to learn and fully comprehend equipment records and standards, historical and current, stored across various software systems and filing formats.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness and capability to travel domestically and internationally as required 25-30%
• Strong computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft products: Office, excel, word, access, etc.
• Software: Familiarity and ability to use various drafting software: AutoCad, Inventor, Pro-E, SAP. With the ability to learn internal software.
