B&H Photo Recruiting Department is Hiring a Third Party Software Manager Near New York, NY

Job Overview: The Third Party Software Sr. Manager supervises the operations within the Windows Development and Third Party Software teams. The Sr. Manager oversees the productivity of all short and long term projects and provides expert resolutions to accomplish business software needs. Additionally, the Sr. Manager monitors current policies and procedures to improve processes and ensure each team abides by the appropriate regulations when involved in either a long-term or short term software projects. The Sr. Manager is knowledgeable in all requirements needed to implement new software solutions and interacts with vendors and other B&H departments, to ensure comprehensive, accurate, and timely installations. Additionally, the Sr. Manager serves as the main support contact and resolves any escaladed issues which are beyond the scope of any developers, administrators, and team leads. The Sr. Manager also assists in the strategic planning of the teams within B&H and is responsible for the implementation of those plans. Essential Responsibilities: Ensure the success of the Development and Third Party Apps teamsAssist all members of Development and Third Party Apps teams in project or assignment completionResolve issues regarding supported software and project implementation by the Development and Third Party Apps teamsEnforce and improve current processes for timely project completion Ensure all personnel within Development and Third Party Apps teams are producing according to their capabilities and are adhering to company policyAddress any personnel issues that may arise and escalate it to the proper authorities when necessary Demonstrate management skills with the ability to connect strategy to execution Preferred Education, Experience, and Licenses:5-10 years experience administrating various applicationsImplementation of workflow procedures and policiesManaging and coordinating multiple software teams Excellent presentation skills, strong written and verbal communication
