Interim Medical Director, Workforce Safety needed in New York Medical Center

The Position

• The Interim Medical Director will direct all aspects of the Workforce Health & Safety department.
• This leader will collaborate closely with the Legal, Infection Prevention, Regulatory Compliance, and Audits departments.
• This leader will be responsible for developing periodic and ad hoc analyses to assess the department's quality. They will proactively identify new opportunities for enhancing the employee experience within the department.
• The ideal candidate will be an accomplished leader with a demonstrated ability to enact both immediate and enduring change. A profound dedication to the realm of Occupational/Employee Health is essential.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• MD, DO required.
• Active Medical License required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Preventive Medicine, or Occupational Medicine is mandatory.

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $200,000 -$220,000 annually.
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.

• In a standard Interim Leadership arrangement, the client pays for travel home every other weekend.
• The client will also provide you with a rental car, as well as lodging that is clean, safe and in close proximity to the organization. Each is furnished and has a kitchen.
