Summary
This management role oversees all aspects of assigned projects from commencement to completion while always working to exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities include initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring of projects while being committed to safety, quality, punctuality, and staying within budget. Daily activities include maintaining the scope of work, developing schedules, time management, mitigating risk, and guiding and reporting progress. Candidate must take initiative to maintain business partnerships, work closely with vendors, control quality, and schedule/attend all necessary meetings to achieve project goals. This position requires independent action, managing multiple priorities, and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them. Must be able to react and adjust quickly to changing conditions and come up with practical ideas for dealing with them.
