The Laboratory Technician performs laboratory procedures related to setting up, performing tests, reading results if trained and laboratory cleaning maintenance. The Laboratory Technician may interact with clients to discuss results of testing performed but is not to discuss any interpretation of the results or to consult on complex testing issues. The Laboratory Technician I has the responsibility to perform duties in accordance with established methods and protocols.
Conduct onsite testing.
Preferred Work Experience:
1-year experience in a laboratory setting Knowledge of Universal Blood and Body Fluid Precautions.

Required: High School Diploma
