Quality Technician | 1st shift

Join our client’s team as a Quality Technician, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our production processes and products. This hands-on position primarily operates on the production floor, supporting both First and Second-shift Production Quality issues as needed.

If you're detail-oriented, have a strong understanding of quality control procedures, and are dedicated to continuous improvement, we want you on our team!

Quality Technician Responsibilities:

  • Review all new production parts and products to confirm and document compliance with customer specifications.
  • Conduct First Article (FA) inspections and document compliance with customer requirements, including process, material, dimensional, labeling, packaging, and documentation requirements.
  • Perform deeper inspections and increased documentation for some parts and assemblies, including First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) as required.
  • Thoroughly and accurately document product characteristics.

Shift: 1st

Pay: $50 000 - $75 000/year

Quality Technician Requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret assembly prints and electrical schematics.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and NEP Network files.
  • Full understanding of the PPAP process and documents.
  • Education or training in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Quality Engineering is required.
