We are looking for a Set up Laser Turret Operator to join our client's team in Kenosha, WI.
Responsibilities:

• Set-up and operation of all Lasers and Turrets
• Maintain tool inventory; keep tools clean and orderly
• Utilize space in an efficient manner
• Assist in the efficient flow of raw materials routed to the Tracks, Stock, and Paint
• Assist in down-stream operations as needed, depending on flow and workload
• Correctly punch in and out of all job assignments
• Correctly fill out receipt/issue tickets as needed when materials cannot be processed in the system
• Recommend improved methods, equipment, procedures, and systems to increase efficiency and quality
• Follow safety rules, safe operating procedures, and practices; help ensure all employees follow safety rules, procedures, and practices
• Maintain good housekeeping conditions in work areas
• Active participation in ongoing individual training /development program
• Set goals and objectives with the Supervisor; look for ways to improve quality, productivity, and flow of process
• Report abnormalities in machines, programs, materials, processes, etc.
• Perform other related duties in downstream processes as assigned.

• Must demonstrate the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide fractions
• Must demonstrate basic blueprint reading skills
• The high caliber of quality control; strong skills in observing/inspecting own work
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills as required to discuss training, general
• direction and other machine operations-related tasks; motivate all employees in the department
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Must possess a positive, & can-do attitude.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, reach overhead, push/pull pallet truck, push/pull parts on work surface.
