Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Assist with various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Conduct initial screenings of applicants
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS system
- Support HR team in organizing training programs and employee development initiatives
- Assist with performance management processes
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Assist with change management initiatives
- Support organization design efforts
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of human capital management principles and practices
- Experience with talent acquisition tools such as iCIMS or similar ATS platforms
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Understanding of organization design principles
