Compensation:
- $65,000 - $110,000
- Additional incentives available through sales commissions, review incentives, performance bonuses, and more.

- Top-performing sales reps have the potential to earn over $150,000 per year.
- Average performers consistently bring in $5,000 per month, and this doesn't include bonuses and commissions.
Key Duties:
- Achieve sales goals by leveraging company-assigned leads and proactively generating additional opportunities, including creative leads and referrals, to boost sales.
- Act as a problem-solver to address all customer needs by applying the training provided to determine the best overall solution for each customer.
- Follow up with customers after the completion of work to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in both attitude and appearance.

Work Location:
- On the road - customer-facing role.
- Work outdoors throughout all four seasons.
- Occasional branch location visits may be necessary for training and product replenishment.
