This full- or part-time bilingual customer care position is flexible and typically works at our dental office from 7 am - 4 pm OR 10 am - 6 pm.

As a bilingual Patient Advocate - Customer Service Call Center Rep, you are committed to providing the best customer experience possible. Every day, you cheerfully answer inbound phone calls and make outbound calls as needed. Your bilingual ability comes in handy as you seamlessly transition between Spanish and English. Using your training and knowledge of the dental industry, you thoroughly answer customer questions and promote the value of dental health.
