AYTM is Hiring a Remote Associate Account Manager, Key Accounts REMOTE FROM ANYWHERE IN THE USA

aytm “Ask Your Target Market” is looking to hire a Key Accounts Associate Account Manager. The goal of an Associate Account Manager is to create superior experiences for aytm’s clients. This position will be responsible for tactical client support as they engage aytm to scope, launch and execute survey research.

The Associate Account Manager has a dedicated set of accounts that they care for and manage – participating in project scoping discussions, and then leading proposal development and post-sale project oversight. The account coordinator will also have the opportunity to assist the Sr Account Manager in account growth related activities.

This position requires someone with deep client orientation, excellent critical thinking skills, ability, and resilience to solve complex challenges and strong technical focus.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive value for a dedicated list of key accounts by quickly and accurately supporting project proposals and monitoring active projects.
  • Gather relevant internal and external information and develop project proposals, with oversight provided by Sr Account Manager
  • Provide consultative technical sales expertise by leveraging an in-depth understand of previous client work
  • Oversee the kick-off and eventual handoff of projects to the service delivery or customer success teams.
  • Provide front of the line support to key accounts fielding requests and questions from support and clients directly on active projects
  • Monitor subscriptions and prefund balances for assigned accounts.
  • Assist Sr Account Manager in meeting sales quotas and driving account growth metrics

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in sales or account management interacting with large Fortune 500 clients.
  • Market Research background is required to be successful in this position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or similar or comparable education/experience.
  • Experience supporting large, complex organizations that require smart account coordination & organization.
  • Advanced technical skills with prior experience working with a technology product and the ability to become an expert in the AYTM platform quickly.
  • Significant experience with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and other reporting software.
  • Excellent analytical skills to not only crunch the numbers but understand how to make decisions with the analysis.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle stressful and high demanding environments.
  • Exceptional project management skills to implement tactics agreed upon with client and manage the long list of day-to-day issues. Able to prioritize and meet deadlines while collaborating across teams and functions.
  • Energetic, self-starter is comfortable engaging with new people and learning new things.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence, inspire and motivate others.
  • Demonstrated track record of assessing situations, developing relationships and account plans.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
