We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join the Provider Solutions team as Sales Coordinators. This role will primarily focus on supporting the sales team in the healthcare staffing sector, initiating business development outreach, and providing administrative assistance, as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Act as an initial point of contact for prospects, responding to inquiries, and providing information regarding Aya’s provider solutions. May be embedded within 1-2 PS teams to facilitate business development sourcing activities, as directed by team leaders. Call and email through prospective client lists, in a sourcing capacity, with the goal of updating contact information, setting future meetings and providing marketing materials.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update contact records in HubSpot, including locating emails and phone numbers, validating information obtained from Definitive Healthcare, Zoom Info, etc. and working with Sales Effectiveness to import data, as needed
  • Marketing Support: Support marketing initiatives, such as HubSpot Sequences data integrity, creation of client lists for holiday gifts and other marketing efforts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate KPI and other team metrics to assist team leadership with routine reporting
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments with prospects, managing calendars, and handling paperwork to support the sales team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in healthcare staffing or a related industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $28.85 to $31.25 hourly, which equates to $60,000 to $65,000 annually.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
