The Product Manager II will manage a new or existing software initiative for an external facing product. They will work with software engineering and the product team to improve our products, address new challenges, and drive business outcomes for Aya. They need to be able to break down a complex and technical roadmap into software requirements that iteratively deliver value, and also be able to effectively communicate a business-focused vision to our stakeholders and internal leadership.

What We Offer:
Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be an annual salary of $140,000 to $160,000.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
