The Per Diem Healthcare Recruiter will cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals interested in local per diem nursing shifts. He or she will provide the best possible experience for our healthcare professionals through initiating contact, maintaining exceptional rapport and providing extraordinary customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact nurses via phone, email and text to help them become compliant with local healthcare facilities (per-diem staffing)
  • Provide timely and accurate information to the team, including reporting sales statistics and creating presentations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goal

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year success in a sales, staffing agency and/or metrics-driven role
  • Obsessed with creating great experiences for healthcare professionals
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve success
  • Incredible work ethic
  • Outside the box thinkers
  • Career oriented with a desire for advancement

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $60,000 starting annually, plus commissions. Commission plan allows for high total earning potential.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
