We’re an innovative team with projects that are dynamic and evolving rapidly. If you’re a hardworking, flexible, problem-solving team player who is adept with marketing attribution, comfortable with ambiguity and creating new business processes, you’ll fit in perfectly (a sense of humor doesn’t hurt, either).
You’ll be responsible for developing, managing and executing automated, data-driven processes that support email marketing, inbound chat flows, service hubs/ ticketing systems, and sales enablement projects. This role requires both strategic and hands-on execution. If you are entrepreneurial, have a creative spirit, are a self-starter, and thrive off the energy of a startup, we’d love to chat. Bonus points if you have agency experience with attribution and analytics.
This position will work PST business hours.

What We Offer:
Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $34.62 to $41.35 hourly, which equates to $72,000 to $86,000 annually.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
