AXPM Dental Management LLC is Hiring a Senior Data Analyst Near Little Rock, AR

The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization. This role involves data collection, analysis, visualization, and communication of findings to key stakeholders. Note: This position is not remote, our team works out of our support office in Little Rock, AR. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis: · Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. · Conduct testing and troubleshooting. · Develop advanced analytical models to solve business problems. · Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling when applicable. Data Extraction and Transformation: · Extract data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs. · Be a data steward of ownership protocols ensuring accurate base data. · Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis and reporting. Reporting and Visualization: · Create interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools. · Design and maintain KPI dashboards for tracking performance. · Present data and insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. Data Governance and Quality: · Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. · Develop and enforce data quality standards and best practices. Business Requirements: · Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting and analysis requirements. · Translate business needs into technical specifications for BI solutions. Continuous Improvement: · Stay updated on industry trends and emerging BI technologies. · Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Team Collaboration: · Be able to work with peers and lead initiatives where required. · Proven communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science or relevant experience. 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. 3 years of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Domo or similar. Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation. 2 years of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Knowledge of programming languages such as (e.g., Python, Java, R) are preferred but not required. Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to work independently, multitask, and drive your own project(s).
