As a Customer Enrollment Associate, you'll be the face of our client's brand, providing personalized interactions with our customers. You'll deliver excellent customer service while being courteous and knowledgeable of the total products and services.
Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate:
Spread awareness and increase visibility by comprehensively understanding our client’s products and services.
Present recommendations to clients based upon learned consultative selling strategies and anticipate the customer's needs.
Address and escalate client concerns to responsible parties and follow up as necessary to ensure the most satisfactory experience.
Evaluate customers' knowledge and needs, building long-lasting, productive relationships.
Improve consumer engagement and understanding of client’s products and services.
Requirements of the Customer Enrollment Associate:
1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing, or customer service experience is preferred.
Excellent listening, consultation, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Desire to grow both personally and professionally.
Having a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Self-motivation and results orientation.
