Overview

Axient is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to support our customer in Huntsville, AL. 

Responsibilities

• The contractor shall perform duties consisting of collecting financial data and providing analysis and recommendations to management in regard to execution.
• The contractor shall research, analyze, and update budget data and manpower/personnel data to assess impacts to program.
• In support of IFRCO, the contractor shall provide analysis, planning, and execution support utilizing Government financial systems to include General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS.
• The contractor shall provide data collection, analysis, and document data to support special projects in support of Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems from a program support perspective using data from GFEBS BI reports
• The contractor shall provide support to planning and organizing meetings with government and industry personnel. This shall consist of the preparation of presentation slides, presentation material, agendas, briefing materials, handouts and the follow-up required for action items.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 years relevant work experience.
• Must have demonstrated communication and organizational skills.
• Must have demonstrated ability to present data in written, verbal, and electronic formats.
• Must be able to obtain or have an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in a Business-related field is desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) preferred.
