Axcess Healthcare Services is Hiring a Children's Personal Care Aide Near Wadmalaw Island, SC
Our goal is to provide compassionate care to children while giving parents piece of mind during your visit. One of the main tasks as a Children's Personal Care Aide is SUPERVISION. Each child is unique in the activities they need assistance with but may include:
~bathing~dressing~grooming~diaper changing~transferring~meal prep~feeding~school work~accompanying parents to appointments and therapiesAs a Children's Personal Care Aide, you may also be required to assist with light housekeeping and laundry as well. This service is aimed to help the child and the parents/guardians.
What we are looking for
We currently have a client in the Wadmalaw Island area needing help Wed, Thurs, Friday one week & Monday-Thursday the next week 3-6:30. This client is able to walk but nonverbal. Client needs assistance with Bathing, Dressing Grooming, Diaper changes & companionship. They do have a cat that is inside & outside. QualificationsTo be qualified as a Children's Personal Care Aide you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Pass a background (SLED) check
- Pass a drug test
- Be physically able to provide care to a child with special needs
- Have a valid drivers license and insured transportation
