Axalta Coating Systems is Hiring a Business Analyst - NIMBUS Color Near Roseville, MN

Job Description:

The NIMBUS Color Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between internal and external customers and the NIMBUS Color Development Team. Their responsibilities include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and managing projects.

Responsibilities:

Work with internal and external customers to understand their requirements and respond to their application needs in rapidly changing business environments.
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop strategies to optimize.
Stay informed of the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Perform user acceptance testing.
Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Manage competing resources and priorities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.
BA experience in a project-based environment or related role.
Working knowledge of Jira or similar project management system.
Knowledge of software system design and software development lifecycle processes (SDLC).
Ability to effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Experience documenting and delivering informative, well-organized presentations.

Preferred:

Ability to think analytically and to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Experience successfully engaging in multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
Experience effectively solving problems.
