Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble structural metal products according to specifications, verbal instructions, and detailed drawings/blueprints
• Develop layout and plan sequence of operations
• Set up and operate fabrication machines such as Shears and Break Press
• Hammer, chip, cut, bend, and straighten metal and grind work piece(s) to specifications
• Position, align, fit, and weld parts together
• Design and construct templates and fixtures for repetitive production
• Verify conformance of work piece(s) to specifications, using square, ruler, measuring tools
• Weld a variety of metals including predominantly aluminum and steel
• United States i-9 work authorization

  Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• 3-5 Years previous metal fabrication experience and knowledge
• Exceptional attendance
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• The ability to work well in a team environment where situations and demands change daily
• Problem solving skills in a fast-paced, and at times, stressful environment
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• United States i-9 work authorization
