About the Opportunity : Job Title : Maintenance Technicians Pay : $27 / Hour Location : Burnsville, MN Schedule : 1st Shift, M-F, 8am - 5pm, O / T is optional, on call every 6 weeks (The employee will need to be available for afterhours emergencies from Monday through the following Monday every six weeks.

They will be called on their company cell phone). Daily functions :

• Perform various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the properties, also perform repairs for apartment rentals.
• Perform tasks associated with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Repair and treat structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
• Pool maintenance and testing.
• Prepare units to be move in ready.

Desired qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance.
• Must own his or her tools.
• Trade school preferred.

Physical requirements :

• Lifting 50-60lbs.
• Physical work, physically fit.
• Must be able to carry tools in and out of buildings.

Can get Certified Pool Operator license and other certifications if interested. Company Perks :
