Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. As a Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in providing mental health services to individuals and families. You will be responsible for conducting individual and group counseling sessions, assessing patients' needs, and developing treatment plans. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to research and provide specialized care in areas such as addiction counseling, PTSD care, and Christian counseling. Responsibilities: - Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address patients' mental health concerns - Perform patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans - Provide addiction counseling and support for individuals struggling with substance abuse - Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments - Offer specialized care for patients dealing with PTSD or trauma-related issues - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Stay up-to-date with advancements in psychopharmacology and incorporate medication management when appropriate - Contribute to research projects aimed at improving mental health treatments - Provide Christian counseling services for individuals seeking faith-based support - Offer child and family counseling services to address developmental and relational challenges Skills: - Strong knowledge of psychological theories, principles, and therapeutic techniques - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Empathy and compassion for patients experiencing mental health challenges - Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation - Familiarity with psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate with psychiatrists when necessary - Experience in conducting research studies or willingness to contribute to ongoing research projects - Knowledge of Christian counseling principles and the ability to integrate faith-based approaches into therapy sessions - Competence in providing child and family counseling services We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
