We are seeking a Capability Portfolio Analyst for our client Dhara Consulting Group , this is a direct hire with full benefits and 401(k). Candidate requires a Top Secret Clearance and TS/ SCI eligible. This is a hybrid role in Fairfax, VA
This is an exciting role working with and between the MPE team layers (MPE EA Portfolio Management, Engineering, and Operations) and touching various aspects of the MPE enterprise Executive Agent organization.
This is a midlevel role. The PfM Analyst will be responsible for highlighting the integration of portfolio capability gaps, solutions and funding together at the earliest opportunity of the Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution process.
Strategically create and link Portfolio Management processes with different PPBR and POM processes.
Able to produce recommended key timelines, presentations and budgetary targets for qualified deliverables.
Job Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor of Science in related field
• 4-6 years experience in other IT
• 2-4 years in Cloud, VMWare
• Related experience with DoDCIO, JS J6, MPCO or a CCMD
