Production Manager Responsibilities:
- Creating a production schedule.
- Training new employees.
- Scheduling regular maintenance for equipment.
- Manage Production Budgets.
- Purchasing the required materials.
- Manage up to 10 Employees.
- Oversee Shipping & Receiving/Warehouse Operations.
- Ensuring that health and safety protocols are adhered to.
- Complete product testing to ensure product standards are being met.
- Swabbing machines to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Complete required paperwork daily.
- Operating machinery, and coordinating necessary repairs.
- A degree in business management would be advantageous.
- Industry-related experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50lb.
- Ability to stand for 6 hours.
