Job Summary: Manage and support global business expansion of the customer offshore design and manufacturing. Develops and maintains the business relationship with the assigned customer base. Responsible for managing customer program which involves supply chain, procurement, sales functions, customer solutions, and forecast planning, while mitigating risk. Collaborating with Senior program managers in supporting the supply chain strategies. Principal Responsibilities: Provides value added solutions for the company and its defined supplier(s) growth plans and business. Delivers revenue or profit that supports the customer program financial metrics. Responsible for ensuring the attainment of Customer in stock goals while helping maintain inventory efficiency. Flexibility to attend extended hour meetings/calls with global team, Mfg, and Customers. Assist with coordinating sales and support team efforts in assigned accounts/territories/regions. Reviews customer requirements, such as inventories, delivery, lead time, and pricing. Identifies tasks, assigns and coordinates resources and creates/tracks schedules. Collaborating between global sales teams, support teams, internal and external stakeholders globally. Daily process of backlog management includes but not limited to order entry, order changes, shipment tracking and Invoicing. Gathering and documenting changes in such things as line card pricing, margins and revenue analysis. Updates and maintains critical business information in a database which serve as the migration information system. Working in a team environment, proactively strategies with internal resources such as product and materials to support global program. Computer proficiency required including strong background in Microsoft Office Suite, MRP/ERP, and/or analytic programs Job Level Specifications: Thorough knowledge of principles, theories and concepts in area of discipline. Competent in all job functions and has general understanding of the industry practices, techniques and standards. Support process improvements for a variety of situations requiring evaluation and analysis. Work is performed independently and as a team member requiring the exercise of judgment and discretion. May receive some limited guidance for new assignments. Work may be reviewed for overall adequacy. Collaborates with management and team members within the department/function and other areas of the organization. May represent department internally or externally. Work Experience: Typically 3 years with bachelor's or equivalent. Supply chain/ procurement experiences preferred Education and Certification(s): Bachelors degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
