Arizona is Hiring a Coordinator, Assessment-Evaluation (Program Outcome Assessment Professional II) (Multiple) (Phoenix) Near Phoenix, AZ

  • Facilitate learning through instructional design, curriculum implementation, technology application, and teaching and learning assessment.
  • Create materials and programs to support and evaluate academic and program objectives, course design, and delivery.
  • Liaise with faculty members to construct formative and summative assessments.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness to develop improved methods, devise evaluation methodology and implement, analyzes results and recommend and/or take appropriate action.
  • Review program documents independently or in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program.
  • Prepare reports and records on program activities, progress, status, or other special reports for management or outside agencies.
  • Confer with and advise staff, students, and others to provide technical advice, problem solving assistance, answers to questions, and program goals and policy interpretation, refer to appropriate department person when unable to respond.
  • Develop and schedule program work plan in accordance with specifications and funding limitations, oversee daily operations and coordinate activities of program, determine priorities. 
  • Develop and facilitate workshops, meetings or conferences, and coordinate logistics, scheduling, and participant communications. 
  • Interact and maintain liaison with students, faculty, staff, and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives. 
  • Serve as a resource member on department or university committees.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong skills with grammar, composition, and proofreading.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities..
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and be comfort initiating communication with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced ability with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
