The Front Desk Associate greets and assists residents, visitors, vendors, and staff members in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding resident service.
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to: · Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out. Monitor and operate electronic security control systems. Accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms. Monitor Emergency Response System. Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor and control access to the building. Maintain daily log, records and forms. Resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues. Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s). Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the colleague is required to work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time; handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages; reach with hands and arms; and quickly and easily navigate the property as required to meet the job functions. Manual dexterity and visual acuity necessary to type using a computer keyboard, visually read information off of a computer monitor and paper documents. Requires ability to orally communicate information over the telephone in person and hear responses. Requires ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds.
Educational/Professional Qualifications:
· High School diploma/equivalent required. One front desk/concierge experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
· Able to work independently and without direct supervision. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required. Detailed-oriented and able to multitask. Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication and time management skills. Command of information system hardware/software preferred. All candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and a level two background check.
Open Hours: Friday 12:01am-8am, Saturday 8am-4pm, Sunday 8am-4pm
