Position Summary: This position holds the primary responsibility for administering or assisting in the administration of medication and treatments in accordance with resident's health care provider's orders and care plan. Daily this position will coach and mentor resident assistants in learning resident's stories, discover heir particulars along with assisting them with daily needs. Shift - Full Time

12 hour shifts!
What you will be doing:
Maintain a positive working relationship with all residents, resident family members, and associates.
Maintain a high degree of resident, family and guest satisfaction and retention through consistent delivery of high-quality services.
Effectively and appropriately communicate with each co-worker and community leader.
Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance and services according to the health care provider's orders.
Maintain an atmosphere of stability.
Adhere to the narcotic and PRN policy of Aviva Senior Living.
Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
Measure vital signs and weight.
Participate in the admission and on-going resident assessment process.
Collect, store, and ensure transport of certain specimens for laboratory studies.
Actively communicate changes in care, change in condition, and celebrations of life with family members, residents, physicians, and other 3rd party partners.
Adhere to home health and hospice protocols.
Read shift change notes at the beginning of each shift; enter pertinent information in shift change notes by end of each shift.
Regular and predictable attendance - daily
Complete and adhere to all other tasks and responsibilities set by the direct supervisor.
