This position is responsible for the cleaning common areas and resident apartments, while ensuring items are not damaged or misplaced.
Essential Responsibility- Maintain a positive working relationship with all residents, resident family members, and associates.
- Maintain a high degree of resident, family and guest satisfaction and retention through consistent delivery of high-quality services.
- Effectively and appropriately communicate with each co-worker and community leader.
- Immediately report and/or address any unsafe conditions or equipment problems
- Clean apartments before new residents move in to include living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.
- Ensure that common areas of the property are neat, clean, and safe by the company's policies and procedures.
- Clean up trash in common areas.
- Vacuum carpets, doors, and furnishings.
- Use of commercial cleaning solutions and equipment.
- Employee may lift and or move up to 25 pounds.
- Attend all in-services, training, staff meetings, and department meetings.
- Complete and adhere to all other tasks and responsibilities set by the direct supervisor.
- Regular and predictable attendance - daily.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
