Job Description: Bell Person/Valet

*Must be available to work evenings and weekends*

We are looking for a friendly and professional Bell Person to join our team. As a Bell Person, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests, while also assisting them with their luggage and other needs. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. 

As a valet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by parking and retrieving vehicles for our guests. We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, and has excellent communication skills. 

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist guests with their luggage and escort them to their rooms

- Provide guests with information about the hotel and surrounding area

- Respond to guest requests for amenities or services

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of lobby and entrance areas

- Assist other departments with tasks as needed

- Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely

- Keep the valet area clean and organized

- Provide directions and information to guests as needed

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles

- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent
