Job Summary

This is a critical customer impact role – installation is our first opportunity to provide exceptional customer service. This person must professionally communicate with customers and coordinate internally to deliver on their expectations. This role is ultimately responsible for ensuring all CNW customer installations are completed effectively as requested by the Deliver Coordinator and the Order Processing Department. 

The Installation Assistant position is an entry-level position, training will be provided. This role is designed to prepare the team member to be promoted to an Installation Specialist or Warehouse Assistant position after approximately 6 months. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in Delivery/Pick Up CNW equipment via a CNW truck
  1. Must be able to move fragile equipment through a variety of environments without damage to equipment or property
  2. Maintain the operational status of the truck, both on and off the road
  3. Work well with other team members when large machines need to be moved
  4. Take responsibility for your work
• Effectively Communicate relevant information to supervisors and customers
• Able to process documents in a timely manner (ie. forms for delivery, move, pickup, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

• Drivers license and clean driving record
