Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales plans with a strategic focus to meet company sales targets and expand market share.
- Lead, manage, and provide guidance to a team of sales professionals, fostering their development through coaching, training, and performance management to enhance sales effectiveness and productivity.
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with key clients including technology companies, financial institutions, and other industry stakeholders to generate business opportunities and increase the volume of loan origination.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to develop innovative sales strategies and product offerings.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to devise and execute impactful sales and promotional campaigns targeting prospective borrowers.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and generate comprehensive reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and enhance conversion rates.

Requirements:
