Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to become an integral part of our teams, focusing on Corporate, Education, and Healthcare segments. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales and profitability objectives from both new and existing clients. This is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, identifying marketplace opportunities, engaging with new clients, and contributing to the future success of our business


Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience is required
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 or more years of experience in consultative sales and customer support within the AV/IT industry
  • Strong Computer skills, including proficiency with Windows, MS office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Self-Driven with the ability to work independently
  • Good overall knowledge of AV/IT products, design, engineering, sales, and industry trends
  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate building strong partnerships and delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales objectives


Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets by identifying and engaging new clients, as well as nurturing relationships with existing ones
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned quotas
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and bid responses to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and budget requirements, creating well defined scopes of work from proposed integrations and installations
  • Implement effective sales and marketing tactics to achieve or exceed sales objectives
  • Manage customer accounts by facilitating purchase decisions, communicating project lead times, and coordinating change orders
  • Identify and qualify prospective customers, educating them on our offers, and presenting tailored sales quotes and proposals
  • Provide essential sales support, coordination, and planning throughout the pre- and post-selling process
