Housekeeping Department

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, changing linens, including making beds, dusting vacuuming and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Ensure all amenities, toiletries, and supplies are replenished in guest rooms.
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas, including hallways, corridors, elevators and lobby Vacuum carpet, sweep, and mop floors.
• Collect and transport dirty linens and towels to the laundry room.
• Perform routine inspection of guest rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to executive housekeeper.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures, including security and privacy protocols.

Qualifications

• 6 months of housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar setting
• Attention to detail and commitment cleanliness and overall hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable Transportation to work.
