Avid Core is Hiring a Program Analyst Near Washington, DC

Avid Core is seeking a Program Analyst with strong international technical assistance experience to support a federal government client in Washington, D.C. We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented person interested in supporting an international global security program.

The position offers hybrid work flexibility, working from a home location and client location with the expectation of attending meetings at the client site in D.C., as required.

Salary Range: $95,000-138,000 based on experience and qualifications. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary Program Analyst to the Office of International Affairs Technical Assistance Division (ITAD)
  • Responsible for tracking all action items, deliverables, and progress related to program execution
  • Support International Trainers and program analysts to monitor, track, and log all training for INA.
  • Support the coordination of tracking all international training and capacity building for internal and external reporting.
  • Draft program summary reports as needed
  • Develop and improve current program management processes
  • Support the coordination and tracking of all CBP international training and capacity building for internal and external reporting
  • Maintain version control for all training materials.
  • Manage program data and the SharePoint request tracking system
  • Support coordinating translation services, printing of manuals for training, and shipping equipment for training both domestic and international.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management supporting a federal agency
  • Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365 tools, and Power BI or similar dashboard capability required
  • Proficiency with the full Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint)
  • Exceptional editing and data analysis skills to ensure deliverables submitted to the client for final approval are error-free
  • Strong ability to lead coordination calls, webinars, and other meetings
  • Strong ability to lead diverse projects and tasks and manage direct reports
  • Experience with WebEx, Zoom, and other virtual meeting platforms
  • Ability to obtain public trust security clearance

Education:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, accounting, communications, or similar field

Location:

This is a hybrid position. The candidate must be able to commute to the DC client location on a routine basis and be available for ad-hoc meetings. Candidates will be provided a computer, however must have steady internet connection, and a phone.
