•  Assume responsibility of safety regulations
• Follow Aviator Sports and Camp objectives, rules, policies and guidelines
• Serve as a positive role model to all campers
• Must be punctual and organized 
• Know where campers are at all time
• Assist other counselors during activities 
• Assist Campers in both physical and emotional needs 
• Communicate with Division Leader when necessary 
• Genuinely care; engage and participate with campers
• Problem solve through situations and seek assistance with necessary
• Facilitate and/or Co-Facilitate structured and unstructured activities
• Attend all camps staff meetings
• Help to maintain and secure all equipment and supplies of the program
• Maintain a clean and safe environment 
• Maintain an atmosphere of mutual caring, respect, and understanding
• Handle discipline problems when they occur, and practice positive behavior management
• HAVE FUN! 

•  Minimum qualification requires candidate to be graduating 12th grade
• Ability to work as a team member with other counselors and adult staff members
• Responsible, friendly, enthusiastic, actively engaged and patient 
• Possess a desire to work directly with children/campers 
• Safety is priority 
• Prior experience in a youth related program is desired
