Position Overview:

Seeking a Senior Sales Manager who embodies our purpose, values, and brand promise. This pivotal role demands a blend of sales acumen, deep aviation industry insights, and a dedication to promoting aviation safety. The ideal candidate will actively drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and serve as a passionate advocate for our mission.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and implement sales initiatives to achieve goals and stimulate business growth.
• Manage client databases and sales pipelines using HubSpot for maximum efficiency.
• Foster relationships with key industry stakeholders, including corporate flight departments, flight schools, military agencies, airlines, and regulatory bodies.
• Seek out new business opportunities to broaden APS's influence in the market.
• Ensure internal team alignment for seamless client service and objective attainment.
• Engage in persuasive presentations and proactive sales activities.
• Safeguard APS's reputation and intellectual assets in all interactions.
• Reports to the Director of Sales

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in sales, with at least two years in the aviation sector.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
• Must possess a Private Pilot license or higher.
• Knowledge of UPRT and the aviation training landscape is beneficial.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Preference for candidates with a military background.
• Lives in the Phoenix region
