We are currently seeking an individual to fill in the position of Maintenance Supervisor. This position will primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance function to ensure safe working conditions and to meet or exceed regulatory compliance. Partners with management team to create and maintain a safe work environment.

• Ensure machinery is functioning at optimal capacity and facilities and grounds are well maintained
• Establish and maintain the preventative maintenance program to ensure machinery is maintained at optimum and safe working condition
• Help to facilitate the highest level of biosecurity on the farms
• Determine work order priority and schedule repairs, maintenance and installation of machines/equipment to keep disruption away
• Assist in day-to-day operation to insure minimal downtime and costs and optimal accountability, productivity, and efficiency
• Work closely with other departments to resolve maintenance related issues
• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to regulate the maintenance function
• Provide consistent feedback concerning strengths and areas in need of improvement
• Follow, promote and ensure subordinates adhere to all safety initiatives helping to maintain a zero accident culture
• Establish, communicate and maintain expectations to support safety, company standards and to provide clear direction to employees

Job Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Electrical experience
• Working knowledge of poultry house equipment systems preferred
• Minimum 3 years relevant progressive maintenance experience
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in a timely and professional manner
• Must have exceptional communication, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail
• Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
• Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment using excellent organizational skills
• Must possess a strong customer-centric attitude
• High energy level and a strong sense of urgency

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
